GUE Navigation

As you have probably discovered, that underwater navigation can be tricky, especially here in Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah as the water visibility isn’t great. During this course, we will teach you about the basic underwater compass use and natural navigation techniques. This will boost your confidence and safety underwater.

Take this course as soon as you have logged 25 dives after your Recreational Diver Course and before the Rescue Primer, as the latter requires competence in navigational skills.

This primer will also prepare you to dive in reduced light conditions (i.e. night dive) and how to safely use a diving spool

  • Be physically and mentally fit.
